Not Spongy Sponge Cake

i make this sponge cake for breakfast, very easy only add 4 eggs into the powder, maybe the baking pan i use this time is too big causes the cake is not spongy. and the non-stick pan is not non-stick at all, and now my pan is scratched, so better use the baking paper as well.
