Fruity Chicken Legs











ingredients
apple x 2
orange juice x 2 bowls
lemon juice x 1 Tsp
butter 1Tsp
chicken legs (without bone) x 4pcs
salt

1) remove fat from chicken legs and have 3 slightly cuts on the meat side;
2) put salt into the chicken legs and set aside for 30mins
3) peel off apple skin and cut into slices
4) soak apples into salt water for 5mins to avoid changing to yellow
5) pre-heat oven for 10mins at 240C
6) bake chicken legs (skin facing up) for about 10-15mins at 240C or until golden brown and crunchy
7) heat up pan and melt the butter
8) add apples and stir fried for about 5mins with medium fire or until soft
9) add orange and lemon juices and simmer until thicken the sauce a little
10) serve fruity juice with chicken
