Banana Puff Pastry

try to make dessert with puff pastry, i buy this from jusco. this kind of pastry pack is very convenience. roll out the pastry into 2mm to 3mm thickness and bake it for 15mins, before baking we can put some sugar or brush honey on the pastry for the sweet favor then i eat with banana, easy and simple dessert for tonight! but this time the pastry is not thin enough and i double the layering, so u can see the bottom part is not puffed up and make sure to avoid this 2 mistakes then i believe your dessert is a lot more yummy! but u see there are so many layers.
