
it's the first time in my life to make this 3-layer Jelly Candy, so happy i have the patience to wait until one layer is set and put another layer. many people from yahoo search suggest to put 1 Tsp of gelatine powder but after i try i think 2Tsp is not hard enough (if u eat it on the day u make it but ok on the next day) anyway i am full of satisfaction! next time i will try 4-layer and cut into small pieces.
Robertsons Jelly powder 1 pack
hot water 2 normal chinese rice bowls
gelatine powder (魚膠粉) 2 to 3 Tsp
1. put hot water into the Jelly powder
2. add gelatine powder into the mixture
3. make sure all ingredients are melt
4. let it cool then keep in fridge for at least 3 hours to set
