燒豬頸肉冷麵


cold noodle again, prepare rice noodle, 豬頸肉, lettuce, egg, kimchi, 酸蘿蔔青瓜 and mix the sauce (japanese bbq sauce, japanese salad vinegar), done. taste yummy, just the 豬頸肉 is too salty and dried, next time i have to buy a whole piece instead of the thin sliced one, and bake the whole piece until crunchy then slice it.
