i don't have enough all purpose flour so use 1/2 of the bread flour instead. i believe that's why the texture of the cookie become so brownie like.
ingredients
21/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1tsp baking soda
226g butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
- beat together soften butter and sugar until creamy
- put egg one at a time
- add vanilla
- add dry ingredients
- beat until just combined
- keep in the fridge for over 2 hours
- scoop 1/2 tsp cookie size
- 180C for 8mins
