60 Cookies

follow this cookie recipe, but revise it to 6 different versions:

peanut butter

pineapple jam

plain

m&m

marshmallow

walnut


and the cookie dough after 2 hour chill.


i don't have enough all purpose flour so use 1/2 of the bread flour instead. i believe that's why the texture of the cookie become so brownie like.



ingredients

21/2 cups all purpose flour

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1tsp baking soda

226g butter

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract




  1. beat together soften butter and sugar until creamy

  2. put egg one at a time

  3. add vanilla

  4. add dry ingredients

  5. beat until just combined

  6. keep in the fridge for over 2 hours

  7. scoop 1/2 tsp cookie size

  8. 180C for 8mins
