easy making this 木糠蛋糕, gets 3 ingredients only, avery assists me too.
ingredients:
瑪莉餅 180g (but i get another japanese finger biscuits)
condensed milk 120g
whipping cream 500ml
1) break the biscuit into powdery form
2) blend the cream and condensed milk
3) prepare a big container or small jelly cup
4) one layer of the powdery biscuit and one layer of cream
5) repeat #3
6) either keep in the fridge (cake) or freezer (ice-cream cake) is fine
* biscuit can be substitute by Oero
* coffee, chocolate or milo can also be used for another favour.
