Sterilizing the Jars

1. put the glass jars and the lids into the boiling water, boils for a few mins, off fire.
2. never dry with towel to avoid anything stick into the jar or lip.
3. set the oven to 100C and put all them into the oven.
4. bake until they are thoroughly dried.
