
the result of the first batch of the bread was made a few days ago, and today i want to make another batch again, i knead the bread for 10mins to make the dough smoother and softer, and checking some more books from the bookstore, the bread cannot be knead after the fermentation, simple techniques Roll or Fold is enough, and i put a cup of hot water on the side during the second fermentation to increase the humidity of the atmosphere. this time i make 6 bread: 2 raisins bread 1 chocolate bread 1 curry fish bread (from the leftover) 1 ham bread 1 ham and cheese bread haa haa haaaa i am so happy to see my another batch coming out! oh my god, the chocolate and raisins bread are burned out, 180C for 14mins is too long 12mins is enough, but lucky the inside of the breads are no problem at all, very soft and smell good. another set is ham, cheese and curry, wow, my friend said the curry bread is super yummy ah, so i promise my sister i will make the raisins bread for her on Wednesday!
