Cane Sugar Pastry

make a very easy snack for my kids because i still have the puff pastry block in the freezer, so try something new, roll the pastry into a sheet, and cut into long pieces, brush the egg on top then sprinkle cane sugar all over. bake at 200C for about 5mins or until golden brown. there is a sheet form of the pastry in supermarket, make sure u pick the sheet instead of the block, it would be a lot easier and time saving. check the following links for useful information, but i really wish we can get the variety of choices in Hong Kong.
