I follow the recipe from the packing of the water chestnut flour, extra add 15pcs water chestnuts and 2 tbsp 桂花糖,but I think I should put less water for a firmer texture, taste good but the 桂花糖 gives a little sour sweetness, not everyone likes this special taste. Bday cookies
It's been a long long time not making cookies, so surprise for my sister's bday, I prepared this 2 days in advance to make sure cookies are good enough.
