Minestrone




Ingredient Tomato 1 Potato 1 Onion 1 Celery 2 sticks Cabbage 1/3 Leek 1/2 Tomato paste 1 small can Peeled tomato 1/2 can Chicken stock 1500ml Water 800ml (more/less) Cut all ingredients into very small square; Add oil; Stir fried onion, carrot and potato for 2 mins; Add cabbage, celery and leek; Well stirred; Add tomato ingredients, well combined; Add chicken stock until boil then water; Medium fire to cook for about 20mins. - Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone
