- prepare mango juice: scratch out the rest of the mango from the seed and mashed part of the mango;
- cut mango into small pcs;
- dissolve jelly powder with hot water;
- mix jelly and mango juice;
- add evaporated milk into jelly mixture;
- add mango pcs;
- put into the container and keep into the fridge for 4 hours to set.
but i think the texture is too rich so next time we can use more water and use milk + evaporated milk instead.
