egg pudding

i always want to make this, i bought the pudding cup long long time ago, and until now ... i make it. egg 3 egg yolk 1 milk 400ml sugar 80g (but i think it's too sweet, may put 50g next time) vanilla extract 3-4 drops

  1. beat the eggs and mix with the vanilla extract;

  2. heat up the milk and sugar, hot enough to melt the sugar is fine (don't boil);

  3. pour the warm milk into the egg mixture;

  4. sift the mixture then pour into the pudding cup;

  5. put the pudding cups into the pan that fill with hot water;

  6. bake for 35 to 40mins at 150C.
