ingredients
clam a small bowl
potato 1 large
purple onion 1
bacon 5 slices
cream 200ml
milk 300ml
chicken soup 500ml
flour 5 Tsp
butter 3Tsp
- ginger water to cook for clam for 30sec;
- cute potato into chunk, onion and bacon into small pcs;
- cook bacon until crunchy, stir fry onion, and cook potato until almost soft;
- in a large bowl, melt butter then chicken soap;
- put potato then cream and milk 200ml;
- add onion and bacon;
- use the rest of the 100ml milk to dilute the flour;
- slowly pour into the soup, keep stirring to make sure the soup is creamy enough.
- serve with black pepper and toast.
