clam chowder

love this clam chowder, first time to make and i think it's pretty easy.

ingredients
clam a small bowl
potato 1 large
purple onion 1
bacon 5 slices
cream 200ml
milk 300ml
chicken soup 500ml
flour 5 Tsp
butter 3Tsp

  1. ginger water to cook for clam for 30sec;
  2. cute potato into chunk, onion and bacon into small pcs;
  3. cook bacon until crunchy, stir fry onion, and cook potato until almost soft;
  4. in a large bowl, melt butter then chicken soap;
  5. put potato then cream and milk 200ml;
  6. add onion and bacon;
  7. use the rest of the 100ml milk to dilute the flour;
  8. slowly pour into the soup, keep stirring to make sure the soup is creamy enough.
  9. serve with black pepper and toast.
