not making quesadillas for a long time, tonight again, chicken breast, cheese, tortillas, fajita seasoning mix and the salsa. it's very easy, simple instruction shown on the back of the seasoning packing or the tortillas packing.

i make another filling too, minced beef and pork with tomato and cheese.
