Dark Chocolate Walnut and Raisin Cookies
this cookie is really not the same as the cookies i made before, add only 3 Tsp of butter which is very less about 39g only, usually add 200+ gram of butter for each recipe. we need melted chocolate for this one, after mixing all of the ingredients the texture of the dough is soft and not firm at all, and when u bake, the cookie doesn't spread out much but pop up more and cracked on the surface when it's done and the surface is also shiny. rich chocolate favor because using the 60% to 70% of the Valrhona chocolate bar, it's really worth to spend money on this brand, you would see the difference. please check the recipe from here. convert gram for your reference, all other stay the same: butter is 39g flour 106g bittersweet chocolate 222g
