Vegetable Tomato Soup Dinner
















easy dinner again, soup with pasta and french bread, need to prepare many ingredients such as celery, tomato, carrot, potato, cabbage and onion, and beef bone for the soup base, when the soup is almost done (take about 3 hours), add tomato paste and lemon juice.

i don't put the bay leave for the soup as i don't make it too often so i save money. taste is not as yummy as in the restaurant, but improving ... lemon juice or vinegar is suggested to add for a better taste but i am worry the kids don't like the too sour favor so i add only 2 tsp. but i believe i need to add more tomato paste (one large can or 2 small can) and lemon juice next time!

buy the cute cute paste for kids from parknshop or muji or marks and spendser.

ingredients
cabbage 1pc
tomato 4pcs
carrot 1pc
onion 1pc
celery half
garlic 5 small pcs
牛腩 and the bones ($50 to $60)
tomato paste 1 small can
lemon juice 2 tsp

  1. cut vegetables into small pcs.
  2. bones and the beef boil with water for 3 mins and rinse well.
  3. put all vegetables and beef into a large bowl of hot water.
  4. boil for 2 hours.
  5. add tomato paste and lemon juice, cook for another 30mins.
  6. add salt, sugar and black pepper.
