making so many cookies recently, but my health is too "hot" to eat cookies, have sore throat even 2 pcs of cookies a day, and now i am taking chinese medicines. what a bad news! but anyway i love to bake and see if people love them. i enjoy it very much even i don't eat it! after the almond cookie, chocolate chip cookie, chewy cookie, raisin cookie, i make the world peace cookie, chocolate wafer and coffee hazelnut cookie. many good comments from the internet for the world peace cookie but we don't really like it, no surprise! chocolate wafer can be improved next time for a harder texture. all people love the coffee cookies. since so many recipes are using Cup as the measurement, but gram would be more precise for me to achieve the best result, although i convert the cup into gram but it seems not correct and reliable! will try again next time!
