after all those of western style baking such as cookies, cakes, biscuits, pizza, bread .... my mom asks me if i can make chinese bun because she is interested in. be honest, i've never ever think about making chinese bun or dim sum, i think it would be a lot more difficult, but anyway i check books for mom and buy this one which comes with a 240mins DVD, it's not as difficult as what i thought to be, actually i have to send out this book but now i am still reading as i want to make some for fun, if interested in, will try to make chinese bun!! another new book for consideration too!
