i am addicted to the bread baking, i cook most of the days during these 2 weeks, i think i have more interest to bread than cake or dessert, most importantly making bread is easy and i can combine with so many ingredients to create another bread, i bought a new bread baking book which introduces many HK style bread and provides so many techinique to make different shapes, fun and useful.
last night i made the raisin bread but not sucessful, i made mistake on the ingredients, fianally the texture is too dry and heavy, but taste ok. today, the chocolate sugar coating bread and cheese bread, i cut the cheese bread before i bake but the cheese comes out, so next time don't cut the bread if ingredient put inside is melt, wrap it!
