Marsmallow Chocolate Cake

have a farewell party for schoolmate, i make the new chocolate cake, this recipe is very simple and easy, this cake is a little bit like brownie but density is higher than the normal cake. feedback is good from the party, try it out! ingredients marshmallow cubes some cocoa powder 80g flour 250g baking powder 3tsp melted butter 70g sugar 100g egg 1 milk 280g

1. sift flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, mix well


2. whisk egg and sugar until even


3. add melted butter and mil, mix well


4. add sifted powder and mix well


5. put marshmallow cubes, mix well


6. pour mixture into the baking pan


7. bake for 20mins at 180C


8. take out and add some marshmallow on top of the cake then bake for another 3 to 5 mins until marshmallow become golden brown
