Oreo Heart

this cake is a little bit out of my expectation, i thought this would be crunchy but it's not especially the Oreo base or i should mix it with rice flake and i prefer the center is mousse texture instead, anyway my son really love it, and it means everything to me. ingredients Oreo basecake crumb 200g butter 125g Orea biscuit pieces 50g whole Orea biscuit (top use) 8 - 9 pieces salt 1/4tsp milk 120g vanilla essence 1tsp dark chocolate 35g sweet chocolate 160g

  1. seperate Oreo biscuits (50g) and remove the white filling, then break them into small pieces;

  2. melt butter over hot water, then mix with oreo basecake crumbs

  3. put into pan and flatten it up and chill for 30mins

  4. melt chocolate over hot water, add vanilla essence, salt and milk

  5. stir until smooth

  6. pour half chocolate mixture into the chocolate base

  7. add a layer of broken Oreo pieces

  8. add the remaining chocolate mixture

  9. add a layer of whole Orea biscuit (remove filling too)

  10. chill in fridge for 4 hours
i recommend to serve the cake with lemon sorbet!!
