ingredients
coconut milk 400g big can
evaporated milk 160g small can
cornstarch 250g
馬 豆 100g
water 5 cups
sugar 300g
- clean the container and chill in the freezer for at least 30mins
- soak 馬 豆 for 2 hours
- put 馬 豆 into the boiled water, cook for 10mins, then off fire and let it soak for another 10mins
- mix cornstarch, evaporated milk and coconut milk togehter
- boil the 5 cups water and melt the sugar
- slowly add the cornstarch mixture into the sugar water, keep stirring in one direction and the texture thicken very fast.
- off fire then add 馬 豆 and mix them well
- pour it into the cold-container
- cool down and keep into the fridge
