Supplement for Kids

i started to love natural therapy since i studied aromatherapy in Sydney 2004. alternative healing is very popular in Australia, so herbal medicines are not just for myself but also for my children.

Comvita which is a high quality brand from New Zealand has many accreditation:

daily intake1 tsp of Comvita UMF® 20+ Active Manuka Honey which contains a level of antibacterial properties, good for immunity and respiratory system (choose this one instead of the normal honey)

check more details and description from below links:

http://www.comvita.com/index.html (in english)
http://www.books.com.tw/exep/prod/newprod_file.php?item=N010088225 (in chinese)

my son is very easy to have mucous and easy to throw up so i try to give him Comvita Children's Lemon & Honey Elixir which is formulated to assist in maintaining throat health. (not for daily intake)

Children's Natural Lollipops is made of Manuka Honey and with Lemon and Honey favour, it is healthier than giving the normal candy.

i also get Hero Nutritionals Yummi Bears Whole Food Supplement from the health food shop.

other than Manuka Honey from Comvita (, there are so many good products from this brand that is made of another kind of herbal ingredients, such as Echinacea, Bilberry, Blackcurrant, Royal Jelly and Evening Primrose Oil. check from their website for further details.

other than herbal medicines, i also try the following:

USA Abbott - 靈 Vidaylin
Vidaylin L-Syrup: provides the essential vitamins to help your child build a healthy foundation.
Vidaylin Bear Gummies (but there is so many sugar as a coating)

check the link from below for more details:

  1. Some children do not take proper diet. In such cases parents can use children‘s supplements. So that you can assure knowing your child is receiving all the adequate nutrients needed for healthy growth and development.
