my son is improving a lot since his 4-year-old birthday, especially his behavior, he has less bad temper, less yelling, more polite, more listening, more understanding, more helpful (setup table, tidy up dirty clothes, throw away trash ...) more independent (remind me what teacher tells him "mami my toothpaste is finished please buy me one"; "i need to take the CNY deco for sharing" ....). recently his daily schedule is stable: dinner, tv, fruit, brush teeth, story time then go to bed at 10pm, then i count to 100, he stays on bed quietly even he is not sleepy. i am extremely happy to see such an improvement. but if next day is holiday i will make changes. this is the BONUS!! besides his physical development is different, he makes nice drawings, show u "the monster" and "the face".
